I deactivated my license on my old computer so that I can activate on my new one, but it will not reactivate.   I get a pop up that says I'm only allowed to deactivate 2

Actually it's the same computer, my computer crashed and it was updated with Windows 10, but my Nitro was not re-installed.

Hello @Lorilee,

Thank you for me a private message.

I just made an adjustment on your license, so you can now activate your copy of Nitro Pro by going to Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activate, entering your serial number and clicking Activate.
