Yesterday I noticed my Nitro Pro was back in trial mode. I tried re-entering the serial number and activation code, but I get a bad unlock code error. I purchased the software from Indigo Software.

Hello @Frances,

Thank you for reaching out to us through our Community Forums!

In order for me to further assist you with your concern, could you please provide the following?:
-The serial number of your Nitro Pro. To send it via private message, hover your mouse on top of my name 'AllainU' and select 'Message'.
-When you deactivated and reactivated, was it successful or you received an error message?
-After activating, did you reboot your machine and the program reverted to trial or it is just not activating after entering the serial number?

Thank you very much in advance and I am looking forward to hearing back from you.

Hello @Frances,

Thank you for this information.

Please try activating again your program by going to Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activate, entering your serial number and clicking Activate.

Kindly keep us posted if the license will revert back. If it does, please check if it installed a major Windows Update as well.

Thank you for choosing Nitro and my apologies for the inconvenience.
