Can an actual human help, please?

I bought a license about an hour ago. We downloaded. We decided to move the first instance to a different computer. I deactivated on your activation portal. It didn't work. We uninstalled Nitro. Now we can't get it to activate. Can someone help me, please?

It's the 23:Error message, I think--we've uninstalled everything, so I can't check, as we were waiting to reinstall until we heard from someone. Thank you for any help you can provide!
