Crash or 'Temp Folder' error when trying to print or OCR PDFs

Hi,

We have a large number of users that receive an 'Unable to create error report. Please verify that there is enough space in your TEMP folder.' error message when trying to print or OCR PDFs. This usually happens on larger PDFs but we've recently seen that it happens with 10-25 MB PDFs too.

Sometimes Nitro will crash completely causing the document to become corrupted in a few instances.

Can anyone help with this, please?
