Why is it impossible to find the info I need?

I have a new computer, I've already bought Pro. I don't have my serial number, therefore I cannot 1- activate on a new computer or 2- submit a trouble ticket. My account information consists of my name and email. No one answers the phone, and that is very frustrating. I need this editor. CAN I PLEASE GET SOME ASSISTANCE?
