I only have 1 license used out of 2 with an activation on my main laptop, yet when I try to activate the software on my Surface Pro 3 tablet I too am getting an Error 23. When checking my activations in my account it confirms only 1 out of 2 licenses are being used, even after deactivating and reactivating, and uninstalling and reinstalling. Furthermore, I spoke with Cleverbridge and they confim that I have VIP access, yet I haven't been able to submit a support ticket after entering my product serial #. What gives? I just made an adjustment on your license, so you can now activate your copy of Nitro Pro by going to Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activate, entering your serial number and clicking Activate.
