Reactivate nitro pro

Hi I changed computers due to malware and want to reactivate my account with the license as per my purchase but it says the license is not accepted for the available program for the reactivation. entering. To activate inserting the serial number which gives 2 chances to reactivate, disactivate and then reactivate.I have no more options to enter to reactivate. any way it didn't work so the nitro pro agent suggested asking the forum for solutions.

In order for me to further assist you with your concern, could you please provide the serial number of your Nitro Pro? To send it via private message, hover your mouse on top of my name 'AllainU' and select 'Message'. 

Also, please provide a screenshot of the error message you have received when you attempted to activate.
