Licensing in Citrix MCS

Hi

I work for a Managed Service Provider and one of our clients uses Nitro Pro in their Citrix Environment. The VM's (there are 5 of them with around 20 users each) are non-persistent Citrix Workers (XenApp 7.15) that use Machine Creation Services to rebuild from a template server every night. The base image (template server) has the license applied but when the VMs are rebuilt after a reboot they are not all using the same license as the base image. Some are showing "Expired Trial" others are showing a complete different license. Only 2 out of the 5 have the correct license!

Are you aware of any issues or fixes for deploying the licenses in this way or any way of automating the application of the licence either through the registry or group policy that will allow us to resolve this issue.

Kind Regards,

Hello @simonP,

Thank you for reaching out to us through our Community Forums!

In order for me to further assist you with your concern, could you please provide the serial number (or the license-file) of the Nitro Pro on the citrix Servers?
To send it via private message, hover your mouse on top of my name 'AllainU' and select 'Message'.

Also, before installing Nitro Pro on the servers, did you create a transform file using our Deployment utility to embed the license-key (or serial number)?

Thank you very much in advance and I am looking forward to hearing back from you.
