fljdave 0 Report post Posted August 29, 2019 from doc feeder, document scans, then nitro freezes. from flatbed, doc scans, nitro dialog asks whether finished or another sheet, i select finished, windows installer message box appears ("preparing to install"), but nothing happens. i have waited as long as 15 minutes with nothing happening. need to end task with task manager. tried cancelling the windows installer, but nitro is still frozen. tried repairing nitro and uninstall/reinstall with no success. nitro pro 12.6.1.298; canon mx922. been using this combination successfully to date. any/all help greatly appreciated.
