Valid serial number but unable to upgrade to Nitro 12

I recently purchased a new windows based computer and retired my older model.  I was able to reactivate Nitro 11, but when I tried to upgrade to 12 before the deadline tonight, I received this message:   "We were unable to validate your serial number.  Please ensure you entered it correctly.  If you believe you are eligible for an upgrade, please leave a post on our Community Forum and update us with your issue.

Please provide your Nitro Pro 11 serial number and the link you used to upgrade to Nitro Pro 12.
