Nitro Pro 9, move to new computer, upgrade?

I have Nitro Pro 9, installed on one computer. I looked up my serial # on your "Find License" page. On the UPGRADE  "Check Eligibility" page I received "We were unable to validate your serial number. Please ensure you entered it correctly. If you believe you are eligible for an upgrade..."

 

Does the below information I have allow 2 installations?

What are my options? Continue using 9, upgrade options?

The answer is yes. You can still use your Nitro Pro 9, however I should let you know that we no longer support Nitro Pro 10 or older. It has been discontinued as documented in our Sunset Policy: https://www.gonitro.com/support/sunset-policy

With regard to your inquiry if you can  you have purchased a single user license. A single-user license can be used on two machines as long as you follow the rules outlined in our End User License Agreement (EULA):

'Licensee may install one copy of the Licensed Software on a single computer. The primary user of the computer on which the Licensed Software is installed may install a second copy of the software for his or her exclusive use on either a portable computer or a computer located at his or her home, provided the software on the portable or home computer is NOT USED at the same time as the software on the primary computer.'

Alternatively, kindly access our Upgrade Portal https://www.gonitro.com/pro/upgrade and enter your Nitro Pro 9 serial number. I made an adjustment on your license and you should not receive that error message.
