"Unknown error -80" after installing Nitro Pro 12

Dears,

So I'm trying to install NitroPro12 for a lawyer company. We use a Windows Virtual Desktop environnement, where we virtualise Windows 10 Entreprise Sessions.

I wanted to install the demo version of Nitro Pro 12 trial then buy a license for every user. However, this miserably fails because the program can't launch at all - and we get a popup stating "Unknown Error -80", what is obviously most unclear.

Reading these forums I note this error is most probably linked to an activation/license issue. I also contacted the Sales Team, and they redirected me to these pages;

So, my questions: is there any specific installer for VM environments ? Where can I find it. Is there any way for me to test the install before purchasing the licences, just to make sure all works well ?
