SWC 0 Report post Posted September 4, 2019 Hi, It seems like I'm having the same issue reactivating my Nitro Pro v12 that many people are. After windows updated Nitro showed as a trial version and when I try to reactivate I received error 23 license number already used. I went to the deactivation website and deactivated my installs so it shows zero copies activated but I'm still getting the error. Is this a behind the scene problem or could it be something on my end?
