JonY 0 Report post Posted September 4, 2019 I have a similar issue. Except my text boxes created in the PDF document doesn't appear when I print using Nitro PDF as the application opening the file. Whereas when I use Adobe, the print out looks fine. So now as a temporary solution, I do my editing (adding text boxes) with Nitro Pro 12, save and close the file and reopen with Adobe DC to print.... I am running Nitro PDF Pro 12.0.0.112 on Windows 10. It just suddenly happened some time ago. But when I first bought and installed Nitro Pro 12, there was no issue. So I can't say for sure when this started occurring like this.

JonY 0 Report post Posted September 5, 2019 Hi @AllainU Thanks for the feedback and tip. I have installed the update and confirmed the update is completed. Tried printing (the earlier document and also creating a new one. The same issue of blanks is occurring. So unfortunately the software update has not worked for me. I have it screen printed but unfortunately unable to attach to the post. Regards, Jonathan
