Transfer to new computer

I am replacing my old computer with a newer computer with SSD. Deactivated on old computer and uninstalled Nitro Pro 12. Install on new computer and I have followed all options with no success to activate on new computer. Can you help?

I also get error #23 licensed already used

Hello,

I'm with the same problem. I replaced my computer with a new one and I can't actívate in the new computer (but, I can actívate and deactivate in the old computer). The error shown is the 

-Error 23-.

I tryed with the License Activation Portal with no results.

What I can do?

In order for me to further assist you with your concern, could you please provide the serial number of your Nitro Pro?

To send it via private message, hover your mouse on top of my name 'AllainU' and select 'Message'.

Thank you for sending me a private message to provide your Nitro Pro 11 serial number.

To further assist you, I went to our Activation Portal (https://licenses.gonitro.com/prd/portal), entered your serial number and found its status.

Could you please try again and once you have the result, please click Deactivate button to release one activation.

After releasing, open your Nitro Pro program, go to Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activate and enter the same serial number.

I am having a similar issue. I previously had Nitro Pro 8 and my computer completely died. I don't have any access to it. On my new computer, I tried to reactivate it and I need the license number which I don't have. I contacted the Cleverbridge site with my email address and they sent me the link to obtain my original purchase order however, the link store.nitropdf.com is not working. The site is unreachable. How do I get my original purchase information?
