jnardozzi 0 Report post Posted September 5, 2019 I have both the 2010 version and the new version 12.0.0.112. the new version does not carry over a clear logo header from my word documents. jnardozzi 0 Report post Posted September 6, 2019 (edited) You can see from the attached that the logo is not clear and crisp. I have an old version of Nitro pro that is perfect. But when I got the new version 12.0, The old version is on trial mode. I've tried deactivating and reactivating but I'm still in trial mode. I either must fix the new version or get old version off trial mode.
