Nitro Pro 12.0.0.112

I have both the 2010 version and the new version 12.0.0.112.

the new version does not carry over a clear logo header from my word documents.

The old version works fine..

Is there an update ?

Any thoughts on why the new version is not as good as the old.

To update to the latest build, please use these offline installers:

After updating, please test if you still have the same issue.

If updating did not help, please send us a sample file (with sensitive information extracted) by sending me a private message so I can replicate it on my end.

You can see from the attached that the logo is not clear and crisp.

I have an old version of Nitro pro that is perfect.

But when I got the new version 12.0, The old version is on trial mode.

I've tried deactivating and reactivating but I'm still in trial mode.

I either must fix the new version or get old version off trial mode.

Please help.

I have two problems

1. logo issue using Nitro 12.0

2. my old version of Nitro is in Trial mode and it won't change even after I put in my license number.
