Edit function not working - Adjust ribbon greyed out

Hi,

can someone tell me why the edit function is noy working, my Adjust ribbon is greyed out which prevents me from changing the colour of shapes in the document??

I am using NITRO PRO

Thanks for reaching out.

If the tools are grayed out, it usually means that the file is locked/secured.

You can check the security settings by opening the file, right-click on any page of the file and click on Document Properties. On the Security tab, you'll see the options that are allowed and not allowed.

I'm having the same issue.  I would attach my file but I don't see how to do that.
