Reymund G. 0 Report post Posted September 8, 2019 Hi @Mohamed Aldessoki, Thank you for reaching out to us through our Community Forums! Nitro Pro serial number is tied up based on it version. This means that a version 11 license should be applied on a Nitro Pro 11 software. Applying this license to a different version such as Nitro Pro 12 will lead to a '-22 Error: Wrong License Number' activation error message. If you are planning to move the license from one machine to another, you will need to deactivate the license first on the old computer to release the license. To deactivate, open Nitro Pro then go to Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Deactivate. This process will free-up the license which you can apply to the other computer.
