Lap top & desk top

Do I need a 2nd license to have active nitro software on both my lap and desk top computers?

If so would I not get a better price for the 2nd?

what if I want to put co-workers on?

Is it so awful to have the ability to talk with someone on the telephone?

How do I see the answers to my questions?

Is there a better software? I like how it works - wish there was a few other things as far as editing i.e. a check mark on the document indicating a size is correct etc.

Hello @Jim Corps,

Thank you for reaching out to us through our Community Forums!

Before continuing, I should let you know that we no longer support Nitro Pro 10 or older. It has been discontinued as documented in our Sunset Policy: https://www.gonitro.com/support/sunset-policy

As a courtesy, I was able to see that you have purchased a single user license. A single-user license can be used on two machines as long as you follow the rules outlined in our End User License Agreement (EULA):

'Licensee may install one copy of the Licensed Software on a single computer. The primary user of the computer on which the Licensed Software is installed may install a second copy of the software for his or her exclusive use on either a portable computer or a computer located at his or her home, provided the software on the portable or home computer is NOT USED at the same time as the software on the primary computer.'

Alternatively, if you were interested in upgrading your license to Nitro Pro 12 with VIP Access (formerly Software Assurance), kindly access our Upgrade Portal https://www.gonitro.com/pro/upgrade and enter your Nitro Pro 10 serial number.

In line with contacting Nitro Support through phone, please be aware that our ticketing system is the fastest way we can communicate with our customers if you have Nitro VIP Access (formerly Software Assurance).

Otherwise, we recommend utilizing our Knowledge Base site http://kb.gonitro.com/knowledgebase and to post your inquiry to our Community Forums https://community.gonitro.com/ (a page where other customers and Nitro Support team can collaborate and share solutions).

Thank you for choosing Nitro and I hope this helps!
