Jane Yoo Posted September 9, 2019 Report Share Posted September 9, 2019 I'm unable to open a PDF in Nitro Pro. I receive this error message: "The document could not be opened. Please contact Nitro Support for assistance. Error code: 0x400D1129." I didn't find anything in the Knowledge Base or the forums when I searched for this error code. Any suggestions?
