Nitro pro taking 20+ seconds to save a pdf

hello,

I've got a weird issue going on,

my nitro pro is taking 20+ seconds to save a pdf

this is quite annoying as i'm dealing with 100+ pdfs per day and its adding up to quite a bit of down time as it's freezing/locking me out of nitro in the process

 

here is the version of nitro pro i have

Nitro pro 12.6.1.298 (Activated)

 

i have tested this on other computers and they don't have this problem

I've tried running nitro pro in compatibility mode win7 and win8 but still no luck

can any one help with this issue, it would be much appreciated

just updated my nitro to version 12.16.3.574 directly from the website

I'm still having a 21 second delay where nitro pro is freezing

Thanks for the update!

I highly suggest doing a fresh install of Nitro Pro using direct links and make sure there are no corrupt files. Here are the steps:

Please use the tool I have provided below to remove all files associated with Nitro Pro and reboot your system.

NOTE: This clean-up tool will erase any existing signature files within Nitro, so please save them to another location before using the clean-up tool in order to keep them. Please see this link for backing up custom stamps/signatures: http://kb.gonitro.com/knowledgebase#/search/stamps/000001671

Also, when you are doing a reinstall, before you download a new installer, it is important that you delete all Nitro Pro installers in your Downloads folder because we noticed that if you are saving all the installers you download in the same folder (like the downloads folder), the EXE can pick up any MSI installed in that folder, and may pick-up one of the older builds instead of the new one.

When your system is back up, close all of your open applications and install the latest build of Nitro Pro 12 using the link I have provided below:

64bit - http://install.nitropdf.com/professional_12163574/en/retail/nitro_pro12_ba_x64.msi
