DynaNet GmbH Posted September 11, 2019 Report Share Posted September 11, 2019 Hi, We are currently having an issue, where the license of a Nitro Pro installed on a Windows Terminal Server allways disappears. The following steps have to be done for reactivation: 1. deactivate the licence on the platform 2. activate the license again at the programme. This happens from time to time. The funny fact is, that it only happens on one Terminal Server and only at this specific customers Server. How can we solve this issue? Thanks in advance for helping us with this issue.
