I have moved a user to a new computer and sucessful deactivated and reactivated v9 pro, but for some reason the virtual printer is missing? Steven Zakulec 60 Report post Posted September 16, 2019 This should be the right instructions to do that: https://kb.gonitro.com/knowledgebase#/search/addin/000004577 You'll click the "Nitro PDF Creator" button instead of the "Update Add-ins" button.
