Importing stamp and added date and added checkbox

I have a stamp but like to transform into a new form design like checkbox and calendar option. Is this possible?

Could you please confirm you would like to edit stamps to be dynamic by adding form fields?

Also, what build of Nitro Pro are you working with? You can find this out by clicking on 'About Nitro Pro' under the Help tab (format is 12.X.X.X, e.g. 12.0.0.112) or you can go to Control Panel > Programs and Features.

I like to purchase an updated version. Currently an old version like 8.XX

I need to click CHECKBOXes and add the date. If there is a text field it is time-consuming.

With regard to Stamps with dynamic fields like Checkboxes and Date/Time, this is not yet possible at the moment. We are always looking to improve Nitro Pro that is why customer’s feedback are important to us.

Is this stamp approved modification as it is old one year? Can we add text and date inside image?
