Activation

Activation is driving me crazy.  I really need this to work right now. 

I had a hard drive crash, so my Nitro Pro went into trial mode.  I went to reactivate it. It told me that all licenses were used.  I went to my other machine and deactivated it.  Also, I went online and deactivated ALL machines.  It says there that 0 of 2 are activated.

I STILL cannot activate it on the machine.  I have important work to do at the moment.  I can't do that work.

This is not the first time this has happened. It always happens at the time I most need the tool.  The activation system does not work properly, and makes the product (way) less valuable to me.

Please - I NEED A FIX IMMEDIATELY!
