Joris 0 Report post Posted September 16, 2019 Hello, I created comments on a document, but when I open the file in Adobe then it is not visible at all or very small. Or Adobe is complaining that the font (Arial) is not standard. If I modify the text in a yellow field mark up, then it is correct visible. I changed already letter type in Arial-black and a bigger size. But I don't want always a yellow marked field. What can I do?

AllainU 0 Report post Posted September 17, 2019 Hello @Joris, Thank you for this information. In order to further troubleshoot this issue, please send me a sample file you are working with so I can do some tests on my end. To send it via private message, hover your mouse on top of my name 'AllainU' and select 'Message'. Also, if you can provide screenshots that shows its behavior on both applications, that would be great as well. Thank you very much in advance and I am looking forward to hearing back from you.
