Require advise on activation of my version 8 to 12.

I've installed version 12 and am currently using version 8 license. Please help me update my account to work in version 12.

Enter your serial number and follow the prompts to receive a new Nitro Pro 12 serial key and installation files.

I have a similar problem. I had Nitro Pro 8 and my my computer crashed and is no longer accessible. I have a new computer and I went to the Cleverbridge site to retrieve my purchase information and they sent me the link to retrive it but the link https://store.nitropdf.com/304/p/41697883-87aluy1YfWBBvZB7RTkg to the Nitro store is not working. How can I get my licence info to deactivate my old licence and reinstall it on my new computer?

Thanks for the reply Leslie. Can you please send me link to download version 8 so i can temporarily install and use the same serial number on the new system. It should work right?
