Nitro Pro won't start in Citrix environment

Hello ,

i've got a problem with the NitroPro of a Client of us .

In our Company we have an Citrix environment and one of the user cannot start the nitro pro over remote .

I found out in some Log is written that the Programm cannot start: "Launch Error Dialog Title 8", the Remote machine is running on citrix servers and the client can see that some programm was opening and also has some task in taskbar.

I didnt find out more Informations and hope you can help me .

Where i can find out more Informations about the problem ?
