Eran Blecher
I recently installed (and activated) Nitro Pro on a laptop (Lenovo X1 Carbon). When I launch the program the font in the GUI ( in all menus and screens) as well as in all PDF docs is very blurry (the opposite of sharp). Does it have to do with the program or the OS?. My OS is Windows 10 Pro 64-Bit. This issue is not across the board, meaning it doesn't exist in other program. Moreover, I have a copy of the program running on another computer of mine (desktop running Windows 7 Pro 64-Bit) and it is totally fine there. Official Nitronaut Leslie V Posted September 20, 2019 Official Nitronaut Report Share Posted September 20, 2019 Hello @EBFH, Thanks for reaching out! You can do the following workaround: 1. Right-click Nitro Pro desktop shortcut or the NitroPDF.exe (by default is installed in C:\Program Files\Nitro\Pro 12) then select Properties 2. Nitro Pro Properties window will open, click on the Compatibility tab 3. Under Settings, click on Change high DPI settings. 4. Another Nitro Pro Properties window will open. 5. Enable Override high DPI scaling behavior. 6. OK > OK to save the setting and test Nitro Pro again. I hope this helps. Cheers!
Eran Blecher
Under Override high DPI scaling behavior there is a drop down menu with several options for by which scaling should be performed: Application, System and System (enhanced). Which one should I choose?
