Reactivation Transfer Issues

Why after my computer replacement that my nitro pro does not longer work? Please, assist me. I received an error message. 

Even, why does using your deactivation tools appears also not work at all for me after I input my serial number.

I am having the same issue. I used the online tool to deactivate my license as I upgraded computers and now it says 0 activated out of 2 but I still get the error message when trying to use my activation code.
