Default Printer in Nitro Pro Keeps Reseting

Some details:

  • Nitro Pro Version: 12.16.3.574
  • Running Windows Server 2019 in a RDS environment [yes we have the required number of server licenses]

One of the users has an issue where their default printer WITHIN Nitro Pro keeps resetting. Seems like with each subsequent login, the printer that shows up first changes. The default printer in both the Modern Printer Settings and the Devices and Printers (within the Control Panel) shows the user's personal printer as the default printer correctly. "Allow Windows to Decided Default" is disabled both from the user's profile and enforced through a GPO setting.

Other apps report the default printer fine, it just seems to be an issue with Nitro Pro. I haven't cleared AppData or other settings yet, I figured I would check here before clearing all of their preferences.
