Activation Issue_Nitro Productivity Suite - Fall 2019 Presale

Today I received my 2019 pre-purchased latest release of the Nitro Productivity Suite. I already have a downloaded trial version, the problem is it won't activate with the new serial number. I keep receiving "-20 error - Invalid license number. The serial number does not exist". My old Nitro Pro 11 serial number easily activates. I have tried deactivating my old Nitro Pro 11 but still the new serial number won't activate.

Please help.

Please use the installers from this page to install Nitro Pro 13: https://www.gonitro.com/nps/product-details/downloads

Then use the serial number we sent you.
