Milos Posted September 24, 2019 Report Share Posted September 24, 2019 I had to reinstall mu Nitro Pro Productivity suite v12 on my laptop. After deactiving my license through the 'license portal' itried reinstalling and received a -23 error. I tried an offline activation, but to no avail, received a process unsuccessful...'License Key already used' error. Now the license portal shows that i can 'deactivate 0 devices' although number of activations is zero and activations allowed is 2. Help. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
