Upgrade error

Hello, I have tried to apply my serial number for Nitro Pro 12 in the check eligibility box for the nitro productivity suite upgrade, but continue to get an error. I am a current 12 user.

Upon checking your account, I can see you were able to upgrade to Nitro Pro 13.
