Jimsto2 0 Report post Posted September 24, 2019 I received the upgrade email this morning. I stepped through the upgrade from and it confirmed my free upgrade and applied the code. However, the Complete Purchase button is grayed-out despite the entire form being filled in including my CC info for a FREE upgrade. It does not indicate what or where there is any problem.
