Nicola De Ieso Posted September 24, 2019 Report Share Posted September 24, 2019 I have a problem with the license of Nitro 13: I upgraded my Nitro Pro 12 license to the version 13, but the license portal doesn't recognize my license because it says "Please enter a valid serial number", while with the Nitro 12 the license portal works. It is a problem of my license, or the portal isn't enabled yet to the new licenses (I saw that the license for Nitro 13 doesn't have hyphens as opposite of license of Nitro 12). Thank You. Kindly that as of this moment, our Activation Portal can only accept serial numbers with format 234600-xxxxxx-xxxxxx where 'x' are random number. In the next coming months, Nitro Pro 13 serial number should also be recognized by this portal. Thank you for choosing Nitro and I hope this helps!
