I have downloaded the install file and it fails at about 10% into install.  How do I get it to install?

Are you installing using our .EXE package? If yes, it means you are using our online installer where it downloads most of the installation files from our server.

To further assist you, please use these direct installers instead:

x32 http://install.nitropdf.com/professional_132225/en/retail/nitro_pro13_ba_x86.msi 
x64 http://install.nitropdf.com/professional_132225/en/retail/nitro_pro13_ba_x64.msi

After installation, you can activate by opening Nitro Pro, clicking on the Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activate and entering your serial number.

I tried using this file and I still get an install error.  It tells me that I will need a reboot, when I check OK, it gives a fail message.

That solved the problem.  Removing my Nitro 11 version made it possible to install the new version.  Everything is working now.
