JoolsT Posted September 26, 2019 Report Share Posted September 26, 2019 (edited) I de-activated v8 on a users laptop that was at the end of its life. I then tried to re-activate v8 on the users' new laptop. The error message said the license key was already in use. I checked the key in the license portal and it said it was de-activated! I have inspected your Nitro Pro 8 and found out that this is already deactivated on our end as it went to a version upgrade to Nitro Pro 9 last 10/11/2013, then was upgraded to Nitro Pro 10 last 3/5/2016. When an upgrade happens, the older version gets deactivated on our end and users are provided with a new license to match their upgrade version. I highly recommend that you reach-out to the person who purchased the program or request from your local IT team an installation / activation of a Nitro Pro 10 to replace your current program.
