20:Error - Invalid license number

I have recently purchased a license for nitro pro but I can't activate the license because the number I received is invalid.  I've followed the instructions to copy and paste to avoid mistakes, but it didn't work. Hope you can help me.

Thanks for reaching out to us!

Please uninstall Nitro Pro and get the correct version 13 installers from this page: 
https://www.gonitro.com/nps/product-details/downloads

After installation, you can activate by opening Nitro, click on the Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activate and enter your serial number.
