Mark Englehart 0 Report post Posted September 26, 2019 I installed NitroPro 12 about a month ago, and have had a Nitro Account for about the same time. Two days ago I obtained a Nitro Productivity Suite - Upgrade, but have not figured out how to activate it. The activation instructions e-mailed with the upgrade have not worked for me, e.g., I don't get any option to "Activate." Also, when I entered my serial number for the upgrade on the contact form for Support, I got an error message to enter a valid serial number. What do I need to do to activate this upgrade? Please uninstall Nitro Pro and get the correct version 13 installers from this page: https://www.gonitro.com/nps/product-details/downloads After installation, you can activate by opening Nitro, click on the Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activate and enter your serial number.
