Wendy Daly Ward Personnel 0 Report post Posted September 27, 2019 I have Nitro Pro and up until recently I had no trouble printing on either of the two Printers that my PC is connected to. However, I cannot now print on one of them (the one on my floor). I've de-activated Nitro, I have removed the Nitro PDF Creator printer and I have even removed the Nitro download and re-installed everything again. I've removed the printer and re-installed that. Rebooted my pc several times after each action. Updated add-ins etc. but when I try to print to this one printer I get a hanging box that says 1% and then closes and the application crashes and closes and never prints. I have a great IT guy that works with me and he can't figure it out. Please help as I really need to be able to print on this printer. Quote Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
