Where can I find all license I have and which is covered by VIP? I renewed VIP on 11 June 2019 yet today I got an email telling me my VIP expired. I also have not gotten my Nitro 13 download link or license. And for some reason it takes weeks to get a response for new tickets even thou I have VIP. Ticket is 00209704 .
