New Computer

I had to move to a new computer with Windows 10 and have Nitro-Pro 10 deactivated through the web page and it shows I have 0 activations. I downloaded a trial copy of Nitro Pro and hit the activation and pasted the serial number into the window and it replies that the serial number does not exist. Now I am stuck.

Hi,

I have been a happy user of Nitro Pro for a number of years now.

I have recently bought a new laptop and have followed all of the prescribed deactivation and activation procedures for moving my existing Nitro Pro package from my old laptop to my new one.

However I have tried unsuccessfully to get past the activation of my current licence number on there new laptop. It's proven very frustrating.

Can you offer my advice or give me a new licence number to activate the program on my new laptop?
