FLT
Received my serial number today. Downloaded, installed and activated with no problem. Then tried to open a PDF created with Nitro 12 and the program crashed. Now whenever I start the new version of Nitro or attempt to open any PDF file, the original file I opened which caused the first crash appears on screen with a dialog box over it stating "Nitro Pro opened some files that were not properly saved to appropriate DMS server." When I click OK in the dialog box the file disappears the the crash report dialog appears immediately. If I leave the reopen Nitro box checked it will do this over and over again in an endless loop. I have rebooted with no effect on this problem. Running Windows 10 Pro. I cannot stop it from opening the first file and crashing. This first file was a PDF of a paid bill with a review stamp "Paid" placed on it with Nitro 12. It has text and graphics.
