Error code 23- Second time this has happened

I am installing Nitro 12 on my co worker's pc and I entered the serial number, but got the -23 error code number. I dealt with this issue a while back and one of the nitro helpers said he had to edit my license, which fixed the issue.  I know I have to privately send y'all my serial number, but is there a way to know this wont happen again? It really slows me down.  Thank you.

In order for me to further assist you with your concern, could you please provide the serial number of your Nitro Pro?

To send it via private message, hover your mouse on top of my name 'AllainU' and select 'Message'. 

Once I have it, I can then check its status on our end be able to answer your inquiry if there is a way to avoid this in the future.
