To rectify, I thought I could just re-install the software, enter my original key and then attempt to de-activate. That gave me the error "-20:Error - Invalid license number, The serial number does not exist". I have mailed this to customer support (Kelvin Villarin), but I have not heard back. I need to de-activate the license key in order to have a re-fund processed. How do I ensure that the license has been de-activated?
