Issue with license key

Hi, 

Provided license key in email is not working. Here are the screen-shoots

Does anyone from Nitro Support team can help me with this issue?

Hello @Krzysztof,

Thanks for reaching out to us! I am happy to assist you.

Please uninstall the older version from your computer and install Nitro Pro 13. You can get the correct version 13 installers from this page: 
https://www.gonitro.com/nps/product-details/downloads

After installation, you can activate by opening Nitro, click on the Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activate and enter your serial.

Please let me know how that goes.
