al leotta Posted September 30, 2019 Report Share Posted September 30, 2019 (edited) Help : trying to activate and get the following error after I deactivated my account, it says I have two activations available serial number 234600-xxxxxx-xxxxxx When I try to activate i get the message " The serial number entered does not exist.
