The serial number entered does not exist when activating

Help :  trying to activate and get the following error after I deactivated my account,   it says I have two activations available

serial number 234600-xxxxxx-xxxxxx

When I try to activate i get the message " The serial number entered does not exist.

In order to further assist you, could you please provide a screenshot of your 'About Nitro Pro' window under Help tab?

Also, a screenshot of the error message you are receiving.
