I've recently changed Pcs, read your instructions and got to your activation page, clicked the deactivate button, which then tells me I don't have anything to deactivate! My serial number is ***. Steve Ridge Posted October 17, 2019 Author Report Share Posted October 17, 2019 Hi I have recently come back from holiday and my 14 day trial has elapsed again and I still cant activate my original licence, this is now becoming an issue as I now need to use another party to send pdfs, can you please look into this as a matter of urgency. Whenever I type in my serial number it comes up with 'you may only deactivate 0 devices' ? I have looked at my old pc and removed anything I can find with Nitro.
