Nitro Pro v7 activation issues

Hi,

I'm having trouble activating my license. I've recently changed Pcs, read your instructions and got to your activation page, clicked the deactivate button, which then tells me I don't have anything to deactivate!

My serial number is ***.

I have managed to install Nitro pro after having to delete and reinstall my printer, to find I have another 14 day trial?

All I wanted to do was reinstall a product I have already paid for onto a new Pc - how hard can it be?

Hi 

I have recently come back from holiday and my 14 day trial has elapsed again and I still cant activate my original licence, this is now becoming an issue 

as I now need to use another party to send pdfs, can you please look into this as a matter of urgency. Whenever I type in my serial number it comes up

with 'you may only deactivate 0 devices' ?

I have looked at my old pc and removed anything I can find with Nitro.

Unfortunately, we no longer support Nitro Pro 7. It has been discontinued as documented in our Sunset Policy: https://www.gonitro.com/nps/product-details/sunset-policy

We cannot investigate activation issues or apply fixes to this version.

was ready for use.
